Yesterday 50 Cent checked into the hospital for an unknown illness that had him not being able to keep food down. As of this morning it is now known that 50 has blockage in his small intestine and doctors have already made four attempts to unblock it. He may have to go into surgery although he tweeted he does not want to. From his twitter he seems like he is in good spirits and just ready to get this behind him.

The Gangsta Grillz mixtape is still being released next Tuesday May 22 since it was done before this incident occurred.
